Opportunity Announcement: Finance Administrator

The Pacific Coast Japanese Conference (PCJC) is looking a Finance Administrator!

Description:
-Accounts Payable
-Generating reimbursements
-Bank deposits
-Payroll
-Recording monthly assessments
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Invoicing
-Credit card processing
-Paychex coordination/ liaison
-HR experience a plus*

Requirements: Proficiency with Windows 7, Quickbooks and Excel.

Hours: 10 hours/week. The office is open Tuesday-Friday. Hours are flexible depending on schedule.
Compensation: $20 per hour
